Who decides that a dramaturg is a luxury and not a necessity? Who decided that scenography can be done without a scenographer? And who actually builds the sets and sews the costumes?

This meeting is about alternative forms of collaboration and decision-making. We speak from the perspective of invisible theater workers, who are not always in the spotlight and are sometimes forgotten. In an interactive format, we will have experts speak and ask for the opinions and perspectives of all attendees. How can we decide differently together?
